1) Pricing   
The prices quoted in price list are FOB, Sialkot. We use both airfreight and courier door to door service. Customer who want to buy a single piece or in small qty, we offer various mode of shipping with exact shipping cost. This may be door to door service of DHL/UPS who are comparatively more reliable and effective and take 3-5 days for delivery, but there are also other services like express courier, EMS which is slightly cheaper and takes few more days of delivery time.

2) Delivery 
For bulk order, purchase delivery will be made with in 30-40 days maximum depend upon size of order. However we will give you exact delivery date at the time of order confirmation. For single piece or less quantity, we will inform you at the availability of stock.

3) Payment methods and procedures 
For small amount, we accept bank telegraphic transfer paid in advance to our account. We will give you bank address/account for payment once order is negotiated. For bulk order we need an advance of 50%. Rest payable when your goods are ready to dispatch or Letter of credit.

4) Shipping and custom policies  
We will use most convenient and efficient agent for air shipment. For order below 5 /Kg or for single piece we advise buyers to use courier service such as DHL/UPS/FedEx door to door service.

5) Insurance.   Insurance can be arranged upon request. 

6) Custom orders 
We accept custom order or buyer's specific design for the contemporary items. We provide exclusively design as per request. Please send your request with details.

7) Errors on pricing   
We reserve the right to cancel an order or request for price change due to price errors on typing. Once the order confirmed, the price will not change.

8) Please specify the product code(s) you are interested in, quantity, size, and color in your purchase order. We will respond with information on shipping, handling and billing.

9) Return Policy
All merchandise we sell is in mint condition. Trumans Pvt Ltd supply a warranty with each product. Units, which are defective, are replaced. If you need any further specific information on exporting please send us email or Fax at +92 52 4272887.
